I've changed my mind. Can I return my order?

Yes, this is possible within a period of 14 days after receipt of your package.  However, the contents of your package must be returned in its original condition and in unopened packaging.  You are responsible for the cost of return.  Items purchased during discount periods or heavily discounted items cannot be returned.  You announce your return by correctly completing the return form. This form must be delivered to info@monai.be within 14 days of receiving your order, and you must enclose a COPY of the withdrawal form with your return. 

REMEMBER! Upon receipt of the return MONAI BV will inspect the goods to verify that the packaging was not broken and the product was received in its original condition.  If the return meets these requirements, a refund will be made within 14 days. If it does not comply, you are responsible for the collection of your order.
