I ordered an incorrect item. Can I exchange it?

Yes, this is possible within a period of 14 days after receiving your package.  However, the item must be returned in its original condition and in unopened packaging.  The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.  Items purchased during discount periods or heavily discounted items cannot be returned.  Upon receipt of the item you will receive a credit which you can deduct from your next order.  Please notify us of your return by emailing info@monai.be.
